We want you to love what you ordered. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what happens if something isn't quite right.
Shipping
We offer $8 flat rate standard shipping on all domestic orders, shipped via USPS.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Orders over $150 ship free — no code needed.
Online Returns
Online orders are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange if your return is initiated within 30 days of your order date.
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and odorless, with original tags attached. We ask that you try on garments without deodorant or perfume, and wear your own underwear when trying on bottoms.
Returns are subject to an $8 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 2–5 business days. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method.
Return requests initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

In-Person Returns
Purchases made at Salix pop-up events are eligible for store credit or exchange only — no refunds — within 30 days of purchase.
We encourage try-ons at all of our events for this reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and odorless with original tags attached.
Return requests initiated after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited — for hygiene and safety reasons, and because we want to keep our prices fair for everyone.
Final sale items include:
Gift cards • Hosiery • Apothecary • Sexual wellness • Candles • Books • Period care • Bath products • Paper goods • Kitchen products • Adhesive wardrobe solutions • Any item marked FINAL SALE
All items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code are also considered final sale.
Gift Cards Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They are non-transferable and cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
In accordance with New York State law, Salix gift cards do not expire and are not subject to dormancy or inactivity fees.
